CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
When you have placed an online order with us, but the product(s) you received aren't as expected or the size isn't right, you can return your product(s).
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?
You can either come to one of our stores (in Amsterdam or Utrecht), where we can take your return and process a refund, or, where you can exchange them directly for a new product. This way we can also advise you on the right size or style.
If you don't live close to a store, please follow the following instructions:
- pack the product(s) in the same way you received them
- print & complete the return form and add this to your shipment
- indicate if you wish to exchange (for another size or color) or refund
To send the package back to us, you can do two things:

You can also choose hassle-free returning via our affiliated platform Returnista. Services are available in most EU countries and the USA. You can choose your preferred shipping partner and find a nearby drop-off point, or choose a pick-up service from your home.

After receiving your return shipment we will directly ship any exchange products to you. Should you wish to receive a refund, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned product(s) to the original form of payment, within 7 days after receiving your return package.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You can return your online order until up to 14 days after receipt of the shipment. We will send you any exchange products or refund the purchase amount. Products can only be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition, packed in the original package/sleeve with all labels still attached.
Returning the product is at your own expense, if you want to exchange for another product, we will send it for free.
Reconsiderations of purchases in one of our stores can be returned within 14 days. You can choose to exchange them or get a refund for the purchase amount. Refunds can be deposited to the original form of payment, or you can choose to receive a gift card that you can use for your future purchase in our (online) store.
CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE IN YOUR STORE?
Yes this is possible. Should any products of your online order not be as expected or not be the right size, you're most welcome to drop by one of our stores and exchange your product(s) for a different style or size.
