Spring Guide
Spring has finally arrived. The days are getting longer and there is some warm weather on the horizon again. In this guide we tell you how you can arm yourself as best as possible against those fresh early morning rides or sudden showers that are common in spring time.
Although the days are getting longer and the sun is out again, the weather in spring is known for being changeable and unpredictable. Follow our three guiding principles to stay warm and comfortable whatever the weather.
Longsleeve Jerseys
A breathable longsleeve jersey will offer additional insulation for typical spring conditions. For those cooler rides in the morning or evening a longsleeve jersey is exactly what you need to stay comfortable on the bike. We have made a list of our favorites.
Short Sleeve Jerseys
Our collection of short sleeves range from jerseys for sunny rides to cooler rides. On cooler days you can combine our warmers & gilets with a short sleeve jersey.
Baselayers
Baselayers may not be visible to others most of the time, but don't underestimate the best cycling baselayers. These humble undergarments should form the foundation of your cycling kit when you're choosing what to wear when you go on a ride. They not only offer an extra layer of warmth but they are also regulating your body temperature and managing moisture build-up to keep you feeling fresh throughout your ride.
Gilets
Handy to stow in a back pocket, or to add an extra layer either at the start or during a ride, a vest is a great go-to item for changeable days. Adding some extra warmth and rain protection without the bulk of a jacket, these vests will pack up to pocket size and remain with arms reach in case the weather changes again.
Stowable Jackets
Mornings and afternoons can be chilly in spring. While your legs are spinning and nice and warm, your torso and arms spend a lot of the time pretty static on the bike. Keeping them warm by wearing a good jacket is paramount, not only for your riding enjoyment, but as the key controllers of your bike, in keeping you safe too.
Bib Shorts
Are you ready to pack your winter tights away and get your bib shorts out again? When the colder months are behind us, bib shorts are finally a good option again. Discover our bib shorts collection and combine them with a pair of knee warmers for the colder spring mornings. Furthermore, they come with integrated chamois to keep you comfortable on your bike.

Accessories
Accessories to beat the early spring chill. For the freedom to ride whenever you feel like it, cycling caps and gloves extend the year-round use of your kit.
