WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ONLINE ORDER? 

Within the Netherlands we ship online orders for free with an order of at least €50. If you place an order with a total value of under this amount, we charge €5.50 shipping costs.

If you want to have an order delivered to selected European countries, we charge an amount between €7.50 and €15, for which we use PostNL GlobalPack as the shipping party. As of certain total order values, shipping is free. Please see the table below for the exact costs per EU country.

* Some countries within Europe are charged €49 shipping costs, and we will use DHL Express Premium shipping.

Shipping costs for an order outside of Europe are dependent on both the country and the total order value. We always use DHL Express premium shipping for these countries. If you want to know the shipping costs, we advise you to first select your desired items, and then proceed to the checkout to see the shipping fee. Here we also mention the threshold as of which the shipping is free.

International shipments often involve duties and surcharges. You must bear these costs yourself. In the case of an international shipments, we can inform you over possible extra costs.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ONLINE ORDER?

After you have completed the order, we will start working on it. We will send the package to you as soon as possible, but in any case the following day of course. Within the Netherlands, this means that if you order something on Monday, you will receive it at the latest on Wednesday. If you order during the weekend, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. In some cases, your package will be delivered the following day. Need faster delivery? Then contact us.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER AT A MAATS STORE?

Pick up at our location in Amsterdam and Utrecht is free and possible within our opening hours. For the exact possibilities, contact us or check the opening hours of our stores.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For all orders you will receive a tracking code, which you can use to closely track your package. You will automatically receive this code as soon as we ship your package.
