After a great Maats trip last October in Tuscany, we will hit the road again this fall. This time we are going to the French Alps. Iconic climbs that you know from the Tour and for which you must be in good shape yourself. Fortunately, we're not going until the end of the summer, so you still have some time to train ;-)

Our stay

During this Maats trip we are guests at Hotel Saint Roch in Puy Saint Vincent. This hotel is run by Maats friends Anne Pekelharing and Simon Rosmolen. Anne is the hotel's chef and responsible for all the greatness that come out of the kitchen, and Simon is the activation manager for all outdoor events for the hotel's guests. In the winter months, the hotel caters to winter sports guests and in the summer months to cyclists and hikers. It's a hotel targeted at groups of cyclists; you'll find everything you wish for. 

The hotel also has a large chalet with room for 12 guests (6 x 2 pers. bedrooms). We booked this so we have a cosy place for ourselves, but also the luxury of all the hotel facilities such as bike storage, a workshop, bar, restaurant, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool.

• We booked a large chalet
• The house is available from Saturday afternoon and check-out is Thursday morning.
• Cycling on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Book your own flight to Marseille or Turin, or travel by car (1250 km from Amsterdam)
• 12 spots available
• We bring your bike by Maats Van to Puy-Saint Vincent, so your bike is waiting for you at arrival.

Price

Total cost will be around €750-€850. We ask you to do a deposit payment to secure your spot. We will charge the rest afterwards.

Included: accommodation, routes, drinks, food, support van during the rides, bike transport, routes by local guide.
