During this year's off-season we're presenting a new series of indoor events: Maats Insights. We're hosting three educational nights in our Utrecht store about various hot-topics in cycling. The first event is all about long distance races: ULTRA!

In collaboration with Utrecht Ultra we're inviting three experienced ultra-distance cyclists to tell you all about their experiences in different races. Expect a lot of ins and outs, stories about highs and lows and hard to believe anecdotes about these unforgiving cycling races. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions!

Our speakers are:

Sherry Cardona. Pairs winner of TransIbérica, B-HARD Ultra Race and this year's Transcontinental Race, as well as taking the solo win at Bohemian Border Bash and Race Around Denmark.

Quinda Verheul. Experienced in off-road races with a win in the inaugural Hellenic Mountain Race as well as finishes in the Atlas Mountain Race and the Silk Road Mountain Race.

Sjoerd van 't Hul. Has a lot of finishes under his name, taking top spots in races such as GranGuanche, MittelgebirgeClassic, Seven Serpents, TransPyrenees and Utrecht Ultra.

The night is hosted by Ruben Platte, organiser of Utrecht Ultra and finisher at Three Peaks Bike Race and the Trans Pyrenees Race.
