After two fantastic editions in 2023 and 2024, we are thrilled to announce the third Maats trip to the stunning French Alps in June 2025! From this year on this cycling adventure is exclusive for Maats Members. Our previous trips were an absolute blast, with breathtaking routes and the perfect combination of comfort and gastronomy. The beautiful surroundings and exceptional cycling conditions left us eager to return for another unforgettable experience.

Dates: Sunday, June 15 – Friday, June 20, 2025

Basecamp: Hotel Saint Roch, Puy-Saint-Vincent

Availability: 30 spots exclusively for Maats Members

Check-in: Sunday afternoon

Check-out: Friday morning

Riding days: Sunday (afternoon), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Travel options: The most common option is by car. The (night) train is also a convenient travel option. Flying is possible to Turin or Marseille.

Bike transport: Enjoy the convenience of a bike transfer with the Maats Sprinter (15 spots available)

Our Stay

During this Maats trip, we are welcome to stay at Hotel Saint Roch in Puy-Saint-Vincent. This mountain hotel is managed by Maats friends Anne Pekelharing and Simon Rosmolen, who share a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Anne, the talented chef, is the creative force behind the delicious dishes that emerge from the kitchen, while Simon takes charge as the activation manager, organizing incredible outdoor activities for the hotel's guests.

In winter, the hotel welcomes snow enthusiasts, while in summer, it transforms into a haven for cyclists and hikers. Designed with cycling groups in mind, Hotel Saint Roch offers everything you could need for the perfect trip—comfort, convenience, and a family welcoming atmosphere.

The Rides

The trip includes four organized day rides, carefully curated by Simon, who knows the area like the back of his hand from years of cycling its breathtaking roads. These routes are a mix of iconic climbs and hidden gems, offering a perfect balance between well-known cols and quieter, lesser-traveled ascents.

Each ride features options for both a longer and shorter distance, ensuring there's something for everyone, regardless of fitness level or preference. Over the coming months, Simon will finalize the route plan. In the meantime, to give you an idea of what to expect, we've compiled the routes from 2023 and 2024 into a Komoot Collection.

The Deal

The total price of the trip is €999,-. We ask you to do a deposit payment of €399,- to secure your spot. We will charge the rest afterwards.
