What are the shipping costs?

• Netherlands: €6 (Free shipping on orders over €80)

• Belgium & Germany: €9 (Free shipping on orders over €100)

• Rest of Europe: Rates vary from €12 to €49 depending on the country. Free shipping thresholds apply. See the breakdown per country in the table below or at checkout.

• Outside the EU VAT territory: We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Rates and free shipping thresholds are calculated automatically at checkout.

Tax & Duties: For non-EU VAT terrority orders: Dutch VAT (21%) is automatically deducted from your order at checkout. However, please note that your local customs authority may charge import duties and local taxes upon arrival.

When will my order arrive?

We process your order immediately. The estimated delivery time is always specified during checkout.

• Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Ordered on a business day? Your package typically arrives within 1 to 2 days. Weekend orders are delivered on Tuesday.

• International: We aim to deliver all international parcels within one week, depending on the destination country.

How will my package be shipped?

We partner with reliable carriers—PostNL, DHL Parcel, and DHL Express—to ensure your gear arrives safely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! Click & Collect is free. You can choose to pick up your order at our Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Rotterdam stores during regular opening hours. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is ready for pickup.
