While researching plant medicines, Albert Hofmann accidentally absorbed a small amount of purified acid through his fingertips and discovered the powerful effects of LSD as he rode home on a bike. We celebrate this cultural phenomenon with our latest “Trace of Effect” capsule collection.

The Trace Of Effect Bibs are made from predominantly recycled fabrics and feature an amazing Performance Space pad made by Elastic Interface made for the longest rides. These bibs have a longer fit compared to our regular Maats Club Bibs and the laser cut hem is finished with an internally printed silicon gripper that prevents the legs from crawling up. Designed in Amsterdam and produced in the EU.

When Maats Cycling Culture started off, there was one clear goal: finding the coolest cycling clothing of the world, and make it available in the Netherlands and beyond.
