Maats is much more than a cycling clothing store. Maats is a club. The only club where you don't have to be a member but where you are always welcome. Whether you've been cycling for years or are just starting out, cover 10k a year or at most 500, cross all of Europe or don't get further than the ‘Ronde Hoep’ (local loop in Amsterdam), we don't care.

Like every other club we have a Club Jersey and we proudly present it.

The front of the Club Jersey is made of a stylish smooth fabric and the fabric is perforated on the back and sleeves. This ensures that the jersey breathes well, even when a lot is asked of you. The jersey has a relaxed fit and is not extremely race-fit. We advise you to order a size larger than you are used to.

When Maats Cycling Culture started off, there was one clear goal: finding the coolest cycling clothing of the world, and make it available in the Netherlands and beyond. Throughout our quest, we found out that there already are many amazing brands out there, but there's still much to explore. This is why Maats decided, next to selling existing brands, to design and produce its own brand apparel as well!

In recent times, more and more riders are starting to look better on the bike. While in former times people tended to show poor taste by wearing jerseys plastered with brand names and logos from pro teams, a growing group of riders chooses to distinguish itself on the bike by wearing unique and cool cycling clothering. Quality, however, is the most important thing. That's why Maats strives to find the perfect combination of awesome designs and exquisite quality. Because we believe that this can be achieved close to home, we both design and produce our clothing in Europe.

The Rapha Pro Team Rain Jacket is constructed with the lightest and most breathable 3-layer fabric in the GORE-TEX family for complete waterproof protection without compromise on breathability or packability. With a durable woven face fabric, GORE-TEX Active™ delivers added durability when compared with GORE-TEX Shakedry™ jackets. A newly developed lightweight waterproof membrane guarantees Black Diamond-certified protection, while a C-knit backer ensures comfort next to the skin. At just 84gsm, the fabric has a very low pack volume which, combined with minimal trims, make it easy to stow in a pocket. The jacket’s ergonomic fit is designed for comfort in an on-bike position and optimised for layering with base layers and jerseys. The two-way zip provides extra ventilation and easy access to jersey pockets, while the mesh-lined collar is raised for maximum protection against the elements.
