Store/ Community Manager

As a store manager you carry out all the daily activities that are part of the successful running of the Maats store in Utrecht. This means first of all advising customers in an interested and enthusiastic way, so that they leave the store completely satisfied. You want to provide every customer with the perfect piece of clothing and you do that by offering optimal service so that he or she feels at home at Maats and is happy to come back.
In addition to running the shop, you are the core and point of contact for the local Maats community. You organize rides and events and ensure that the community continues to grow.

As a part-time store employee at Maats, you play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working in a small, dynamic team, you are responsible for proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering expert advice on cycling clothing and accessories.
