While researching plant medicines, Albert Hofmann accidentally absorbed a small amount of purified acid through his fingertips and discovered the powerful effects of LSD as he rode home on a bike. We celebrate this cultural phenomenon with our “Trace of Effect” capsule collection.

The Fingerprint gilet is perfect for those chilly morning rides, Alpine descends or to complete your Trace Of Effect kit. The front and back fabrics are DWR coated and the mesh side panels take care of the ventilation. Made from 100% polyester. Designed in Amsterdam, produced in the EU.

Really nice materials and prints, super light and comfortable while riding, the double zipper is also a plus. In my case, I preferred getting a number above my usual (M is my standard) so I took L and found it more suitable.

Een gilet wat geen geluid maakt in de wind, geen gewapper, dat heel erg mooi aansluit op je lichaam en zijn/haar werk doet in een aanstekelijke print. Met de dubbele rits. Heel misschien kan deze gilet voor mijn lichaam net 2/3 cm langer zijn.

Lekker vest, zit mooi aan. Minimalistisch design met de juiste ademende panelen op de goeie plekken. Makkelijk weg te bergen en is mooi winddicht. Fijn dat de rits ook van onder open kan.

My second one, Excellent Wind Vest, tight fit, (182cm 72KG size M) no ‘flapping’ by wind and zip from two sizes. Good buy!

This beautiful and very functional gilet from Pas Normal Studios is designed in Copenhagen and made of a Japanese nylon type with DWR coating. With this, the gilet provides good protection against the wind and keeps out a short shower. To prevent overheating, a mesh material has been placed in the neck, which feels very comfortable. A gripper at the bottom keeps the gilet in place so it doesn't ride up. If it gets too warm for you, you can always fold the gilet compactly and stow it away in the back pocket of your cycling jersey. The double zipper makes it easy to reach the things in your back pockets and the different color options make you stand out in traffic.

Perfect Gilet

I ordered size M and fits perfect. The color looks very good and the gilet works perfect to layer on top of a short sleeved jersey during warmer days or a winter jacket for colder days.

Great gilet for all around the year

I ordered the beige gilet in size M, like the recommendation on the website. I also wear mechanism jerseys in size M. I would not recommend to size up. The filet is true to size and also fits on top of a few layers, for example a winter jacket.

The fit is comfortable and the color looks really nice. Moreover the material feels good. All in all a great staple piece.

Ideal for the brisk mornings and late night arrivals

Even in Summer, this Gilet gets the job done early in the morning and late at night. Figured I would use it more in Spring & Fall, glad to get a year round use out of it!

Ik fiets nooit meer zonder :-) Prima voor winter over je heavy jersey, voorjaar en najaar over je short sleeve! Ik ben 189 en 83 kilo en heb normaal maat L van Mechanism, maar ik heb de gilet altijd in XL omdat ik hem anders te strak vind en door een maat groter te bestellen kun je hem ook in de winter dragen als je wat dikker gekleed bent. Prachtig gilet

Erg mooi zittend gilet dat de kou goed buiten houd. Past perfect op een ls jersey. Erg duur maar de look is prachtig!

Topvessie

Heerlijk vessie, wanneer je m half open draagt kan het zijn dat deze verder openwaait bij extreem harde wind (Dudley/Eunice) en is dan oook moeilijk dicht te krijgen.

The Heavy Gilet is perfect for this kind of ride. This product protects you against wind and water and ensures that your core stays warm and dry.

The outer layer has a DWR coating and ensures that the gilet is windproof and water-repellent. The inner layer is made of hexagonal membrane and ensures that the jacket breathes well. The waistcoat is easily foldable and therefore easy to store. The double zipper provides good temperature regulation and access to your back pockets.

I was already a proud owner of the Maats regular gilet, but I was looking to add something slightly more heavy-duty-esque to my collection, and this perfectly did the trick!
