The Rapha + David Carson Men's Pro Team Long Sleeve Aero Jersey combines race-proven aerodynamic performance with the unmistakable graphic language of designer David Carson. His expressive approach to typography gives the limited-edition jersey a distinctive visual identity while retaining the performance-focused construction of Rapha’s Pro Team Aero platform.
Wind-tunnel-tested fabrics and optimised seam placement are designed to reduce drag at high speeds, while the long sleeves extend the aerodynamic construction for cooler racing conditions. A bonded neckline and low-cut collar create a clean, low-volume finish, and the fabric combination helps regulate temperature during high-output efforts.

The jersey is based on Rapha’s WorldTour-proven Aero platform, extending its aerodynamic approach through the arms for increased efficiency in cooler conditions. The highly engaged fit sits close to the body to minimise excess fabric while maintaining freedom of movement in the riding position.
Size & fit
Designed with a highly compressive, aerodynamic fit for racing. The jersey is intended to feel tight and supportive when worn in the riding position.
Recommended for cool to warm conditions between approximately 10°C and 20°C.

Care & washing instructions
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar garments. Fasten the zipper before washing. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Air dry to help preserve the technical fabrics and aerodynamic fit.
