The Maats Van is ready to rumble! As of this summer, we're driving the van to various cities in The Netherlands and organize Maats Local Loops. One of the first cities we go to is Maastricht, and next to our local customers, we'd like to invite you to come and ride with us!

Date: Sunday September 24th

The concept is simple:

  • We gather on Sunday morning 09:30h at a spot in or around Zwolle (t.b.c.) for coffee from our van
  • As of 10:00h we ride a +/- 100km road ride in the region, made by local legend Thijs Kroon
  • Midway the Maats Van will treat us again to coffee, cold drinks and a snack during a short break
  • After finishing back in Zwolle, we go to a local brewery and have some drinks!

Local Legend

Our local legend in Zwolle is Thijs Kroon. He visited our store in Amsterdam a couple of times, and we have always kept in touch ever since. Maybe you've seen him at one of our events. You might also know Thijs from his RideFastBikeShop and his work as a mechanic for team BEAT. All in all, we deem him to be the perfect tour guide for the Zwolle region!

  • Ride briefing and start at 10:00h
  • Midway stop at the Maats Van with drinks and snacks
  • Finish around 15:00h at a local brewery
