About Maats
Maats is a rapidly growing cycling apparel retail concept with multiple stores and a webshop serving both domestic and international markets. To strengthen our online presence, we are looking for an Online Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team.

The working hours for this role will be determined based on your availability, workload, and experience, offering flexibility to fit both your schedule and our needs.

About the Role
As an Online Marketing & Content Coordinator, you will work closely with our management team to support and execute various digital marketing activities. You will play a key role in shaping Maats' online presence by creating and sharing engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and interacting with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for our website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and fostering brand interaction.
  • Explore and implement new strategies to connect with our target audience.

About You:

  • Experience in online marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics tools.
  • Passion for cycling and an understanding of the cycling community is a big advantage.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and eager to contribute to a growing brand.
