About Maats

Maats is a fast-growing international cycling brand with three stores and a warehouse in the heart of Rotterdam. Our online store is growing rapidly and we need someone to help keep our logistics operation running at full speed. If you love cycling and like getting things done — read on.

The Role

As part of our logistics team, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations. You keep orders moving, stock organised and customers happy. You work accurately, take ownership and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Your responsibilities

• Daily order fulfilment: Picking, packing and shipping webshop orders
• Inbound logistics: Booking in incoming stock and making sure it ends up in the right place 
  
• Returns: Processing returns efficiently and keeping our stock up to date
  
• Customer service support: Helping out the customer service team where needed, answering questions about orders, shipping and returns
  
• Coordinating transfers between our stores to make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time

We're Looking For

• You work accurately and take pride in getting the details right
• You're hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience with Shopify is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
  
• A passion for cycling is a big plus — you understand our world
  
• You communicate well in both Dutch and English
  
• Available between 16 and 32 hours per week (flexible, to be discussed)
