Sales-Driven Store Employee - Rotterdam

Maats is looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven store employee for our Rotterdam store, which opened in Spring 2025 and is an important new chapter for our brand. This is a part-time position for 2-3 days per week (16-24 hours), starting in early March, working in a small, dynamic team and reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. You actively engage with customers, share the story of Maats, and provide confident, expert advice on cycling apparel and accessories. With a focus on achieving sales targets, you’ll help customers find the right products — from premium brands to our own private-label collections — and ensure every customer leaves inspired and satisfied.

Beyond the sales floor, you’ll play an active role in the growth and development of the Rotterdam store. This includes identifying upselling opportunities, keeping product presentation sharp, and supporting daily operations as the store continues to evolve. Maats is a fast-growing company where flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on mindset are key. We’ll provide you with the tools and training to grow in sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
