Maats Utrecht
On this page you can read everything you need to know about our flagship store in Utrecht. We opened this location in March 2022, and ever since the store has attracted the creme de la creme of the local cycling community. What will you find in our store?
In our store you can find high-quality cycling apparel from Pas Normal Studios, MAAP, Rapha and Canvas, and, of course, our own brand Maats!
Besides cycling apparel we sell: helmets, cycling glasses and bike (GPS) computers. In addition, we offer a small selection of tools and cleaning products for your bike. You can also visit us for extra inner tubes and cycling nutrition before you get on your bike. And, last but not least, Maats Utrecht boasts an extensive collection of Apidura bike bags!
We organize many cool events (see below), we love good coffee and offer you some nice cake. Next to that we screen a lot of cycling races in store.
We do not sell bikes and do no maintenance.

Location
This is the authentic part of the city near the Oudegracht and the bustling Ledig Erf. The best way to visit Maats Utrecht is of course by bike. There is enough space inside to hang or put your bicycle.
Are you coming by public transport? Then we advise you to travel to Vaartsche Rijn railway station, from where it is just a short walk. If you come by car, it is best to park in the Twijnstraat or a little further on the Oudegracht, although you sometimes have to be lucky to find a spot. You can also choose to park in the parking garage on the Lange Nieuwstraat or Springweg - from there you walk to our store in about five minutes.

The most magical place was without a doubt the Dolomites. But I can also really fully enjoy South Limburg!

De Maats Long Sleeve Jersey. The fabric is super soft and the fit is perfect for me.

Via mini Paris-Roubaix along the Amsterdam Rijkanaal, a round around the Naardermeer and back via the sheep path.

The Hoge Veluwe, beautiful cycling does not have to be far away.
