As a result of the online growth in recent years, there has also been an increase in activities related to logistics and customer service. For example: sending packages, processing returns, answering questions from customers, but also improving this process. Would you like to support us in this area?
Job description
- You are responsible for the logistics operation of Maats
- You ship all online orders
- You process the returns
- You receive incoming orders and process them in stock
- You answer customer questions about orders and products
- You ensure that the stock is up-to-date
- You think along about improving the fulfillment operation.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone with a hands-on approach who wants to help Maats grow
- Someone who is flexible and committed
- Someone who can work independently and is accurate
- Someone who is commercially oriented and result oriented
- Lives in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
- Good command of the Dutch language (speaking and writing)
