Logistics & Customer Service

As a result of the online growth in recent years, there has also been an increase in activities related to logistics and customer service. For example: sending packages, processing returns, answering questions from customers, but also improving this process. Would you like to support us in this area?

 Job description 

  • You are responsible for the logistics operation of Maats
  • You ship all online orders
  • You process the returns
  • You receive incoming orders and process them in stock
  • You answer customer questions about orders and products
  • You ensure that the stock is up-to-date
  • You think along about improving the fulfillment operation.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone with a hands-on approach who wants to help Maats grow
  • Someone who is flexible and committed
  • Someone who can work independently and is accurate
  • Someone who is commercially oriented and result oriented
  • Lives in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
  • Good command of the Dutch language (speaking and writing)
