Sales-Driven Store Employee

Utrecht/Amsterdam - Spring 2025

For both our stores in Amsterdam and Utrecht, Maats is looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven store employees. As a part-time store employee at Maats, you are part of a small, dynamic team and report directly to the store manager.

Your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. You actively engage with customers, share the story of Maats, and provide expert advice on cycling clothing and accessories. With a focus on achieving sales targets, you confidently promote our products, including private-label collections, and ensure every customer leaves the store inspired and satisfied.

In addition, you contribute to the success of the store by identifying upselling opportunities, optimizing product presentation, and supporting with other tasks when necessary. Maats is a fast-growing company where flexibility and initiative are key. We are committed to providing you with the tools and training to excel in sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Who are we looking for?

• You are available at least two days a week, including a weekend day.
