Store/Community Manager

Job Description

Maats, a dynamic and fast-growing cycling apparel retail shop with stores in Amsterdam and Utrecht, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will lead a small team, overseeing the operations and contributing to the success of Maats.

In this role, you will manage and guide the store employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing expert advice on cycling clothing and accessories. Your responsibilities also include coordinating and supporting various activities within the store. As Maats continues to expand, we are looking for a flexible and dedicated individual who is eager to contribute to the lasting success of our brand.

Community Activation: One of the key aspects of the Store Manager's role is to actively engage and cultivate a local community of cyclists and customers. This involves organizing and participating in community events, rides, and initiatives to enhance the store's connection with the cycling enthusiasts in the area.
